Terms and conditions

These Sales and Delivery Terms and Conditions apply to any sale and any delivery of books, including e-publications, from Multivers.  It is considered a binding agreement between you and Multivers when you have ordered a book, the credit card transaction has been completed and you have accepted the licence agreement regarding e-publications, and you have received an order confirmation from Multivers by e-mail.

Online payment at site is handled by QuickPay.

We use QuickPay which operates at the highest level of security and is certified by the PCI Security Standards Council. You can feel safe with us.
We make an effort to execute purchases and orders of printed books as soon as possible. e-publications will be delivered immediately after the credit card transaction has been completed. However, allowance must be made for server break downs, holidays etc. 
Delivery rates
  • Delivery in Denmark: if you buy for less than DKK 350,- you pay DKK 40,- for delivery costs. Total purchases over DKK 350,- delivered for free.
  • Within the European Union: DKK 100,- for delivery. 
  • Outside the European Union: DKK 150,- for delivery. 

Delivery in Denmark ny PostDanmark. Delivery time 2-3 weekdays.
Delivery in other countries by UPS, GLS or other carrier. Delivery time approx. 7 weekdays.

e-publications are delivered electronically to be downloaded to your own computer (offline) or to be read at our website (online). 

Claims and Complaints
If the ordered book does not conform with the order, is damaged or defective, the book can be returned to Multivers with no further costs. You can have the goods exchanged, or receive a full or partial refund dependent of the situation, provided that the claim is valid and that the chosen option does not entail unreasonable costs for Multivers. Please send an e-mail to informing us about the invoice number and the claims.  
Did you send a product into complaints, you will always receive an e-mail when we receive the product. In the email you will receive information about the further process in the handling of your complaints.

Cancellation Right

Should you regret your purchase you have 14 days from receiving the ordered book to give Multivers the information about it plus 14 days to return the book (according to The Danish Act of Consumer Contracts). The cancellation right is subject to the book being returned in the state and quantity in which it was delivered. If you have used the ordered book the cancllation right does not apply if the use has reduced the market value of the book in question. You must pay the cost connected with returning the ordered book yourself, and you are responsible for the book during  the shipment. We kindly ask you to enclose a copy of the receipt when returning the book. When we have received and accepted the state and quantity in which it was delivered Multivers wil pay back what you have paid to

Return of Payment
will be transferred to the same creditcard from which we received your payment.
