Digital formidling af kulturarv – Fra samling til sampling
By Niels D. Lund
This book is in Danish.
One of the great cultural agendas of today is that making cultural heritage digitally accessible. The traces of the past shows up in new forms on the internet – almost all cultural institutions collaborate, and the people have been given entirely new ways of seeing and participating in it. Digital formidling af kulturarv – fra samling til sampling gives some suggestions as to how to understand this digitalization. It presents a series of theoretical perspectives around e.g. media and institutions, authenticity and assembly representation, culture concepts and experience economy. It focuses especially on problems of communication – and will rather question than claim ready solutions.
The book is the first in Danish within this area, and it has been possible to release thanks to Danmarks Biblioteksskole. It adresses itself to museum, archive and library employees and persons working with history and cultural communication, culture politics and questions of information.
